Life is busy... trust us... we get it. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. As you can imagine our Doctors are in high demand, and giving us notice for cancelled appointments allows us to help more people. 

If cancellation occurs less than 2 hours prior to the appointment a non-attendance fee may be charged. We do take note of repeated non-attendance and will work with you to overcome any reasonable barrier to attendance. If this can not be achieved, pre-payment may be required before booking an appointment.
