To help ensure patients can access us when they need it we have made some changes. Firstly, our doctors reserve some appointments for urgent cases. You can access these appointments by calling our helpful staff as soon as you know you need us. We will do our best to help.
You can choose to come to our clinic, be seen by our nursing staff who will update our doctor on your situation. You may need to wait when accessing a doctor this way according to something called triage. In laymens terms this means we see the sickest patient first.
Speaking with your Doctor
Our friendly receptionists will do their best to resolve any inquiries you may have. If you do need to speak with your Doctor a message will be taken and passed on the the Doctor who will respond as soon as possible. All urgent phone calls will be transferred to the nurses or another clinical team member.
We prefer that you call us for any urgent matters. Our email address is used primarily for administrative purposes and is not always monitored. We endeavour to reply to electronic communications within 48 hours.
